Dashboarding Increased Report Value for Growing Bakery

Action & Change collaborated with a media agency, working with a bakery that aimed to grow from a regional saturation to be truely nation-wide. With a re-design of the reporting to focus on metrics that were most relevant and valuable to the business, as well as development of an online dashboard with real-time datafeeds, we saw time spent on reporting rapidly fall and client value of the marketing increase.
